When does my membership start?
Your membership is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Which therapies get the discount?
The 30% discount applies only to eligible therapies and cannot be combined with any other offer. Some therapies need an Ayurvedic consultation or assessment first. Our team will confirm eligibility when you book.
How does the family & friends benefit work?
Up to 4 additional family members or friends get the same 30% discount — one sitting per person.
What is included in the health check-up?
The Diamond Health Profile covers 14 tests: CBC, ESR, Blood Sugar, HbA1c, Lipid Profile, RFT, LFT, Calcium, Urine Routine, T3/T4/TSH, Electrolytes, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron Profile.
Terms & conditions
Please read these before you buy. They apply to this 1-year plan.
- Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and is non-transferable, except for the family & friends benefit for up to 4 persons included in this plan.
- Prior appointment is mandatory. Please book your therapy slot at least 1 day in advance.
- The membership/coupon number must be presented at the time of booking or before availing the therapy.
- Members are requested to arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled therapy time.
- Late arrival may result in a reduced therapy duration and will not necessarily extend the booked time slot.
- The 30% discount is applicable only to eligible therapies and cannot be combined with other offers, packages or promotional discounts.
- The membership fee and benefits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
- Appointments are subject to availability and should be confirmed in advance.
- Cancellation/rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the booked benefit.
- Therapies will be performed by male therapists for male clients and female therapists for female clients, as applicable.
- Certain therapies may require doctor consultation/assessment before treatment. Therapy will be provided only when considered suitable by the Ayurvedic physician.
- The complimentary health check-up is subject to laboratory availability and applicable testing conditions.
- Membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for monetary consideration.
- Management reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership benefits with prior notice, subject to applicable bookings already confirmed.
