Shirodhara
A steady stream of warm herbal oil poured over the forehead, traditionally used to calm the mind and support restful sleep.
Potli Massage
Warm cloth bundles filled with herbs, pressed and massaged over the body to ease stiffness and muscle aches.
Herbal Steam / Swedana
Herbal steam therapy that warms the body and opens the channels, traditionally used to support detoxification.
Kansa Foot Therapy
A relaxing foot massage with a bronze (kansa) bowl and medicated oil or ghee.

How long is the package valid?
All 6 sittings must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
What happens in each sitting?
Every sitting includes Shirodhara, Potli Massage, Herbal Steam / Swedana, Kansa Foot Therapy.
Can someone else use my sittings?
Yes, up to 2 of your sittings can be shared with family members or friends.
How do I book a sitting?
Prior appointment is mandatory — please book at least 1 day in advance. Call or message us on WhatsApp with your preferred date and time, and we will confirm your slot based on availability.
Terms & conditions
Please read these before you buy. They apply to this 6-month plan.
- Membership is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Prior appointment is mandatory. Please book your therapy slot at least 1 day in advance.
- Members must present their membership/coupon number before availing the therapy.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may affect the duration of your therapy, and the appointment time will not necessarily be extended.
- All therapies are provided by male therapists for male clients and female therapists for female clients, as applicable.
- The membership is non-transferable (except for the up to 2 shareable sittings included in this plan) and non-refundable once purchased.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of that sitting. 24-hour advance notice is recommended for rescheduling.
- Membership sittings are subject to prior appointment and centre availability.
- The membership discount is applicable only to the therapies included in the selected package and cannot be combined with other offers or promotional discounts.
- Certain therapies may require consultation/assessment by the Ayurvedic physician before treatment. Therapy will be provided only if considered suitable.
- Unused sittings will expire after the 6-month membership validity period and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Package benefits cannot be converted into cash or substituted with other services unless approved by management.
